A healthcare Employee reached out to National EAP because she was overwhelmed at work and having a difficult time with all of the stressors related to Covid-19. Our Client Consultant completed a thorough assessment and provided in the moment support to help the employee debrief. Our team was able to connect the employee to a therapist who specializes in crisis and trauma work for continued support.

An employee who has struggled with alcohol dependency and depression for years called National EAP for assistance. After a thorough assessment with our Client Consultant the employee was connected to a residential treatment program. The team helped set up transportation to the treatment program and worked with the treatment facility to provide ongoing care management to ensure he had the resources to maintain his sobriety and manage his depression after discharge.

An employee, a single mother of a teenager, contacted National EAP because she was at risk of losing her home. Our Client Consultant conducted a thorough assessment of her needs and was able to connect the employee to pertinent resources and assist her with a complicated application process that resulted in her receiving the monetary assistance she needed. The employee also received short-term solution focused Employee Assistance counseling in-person for multiple sessions to help her manage the stress of her situation.
