Through numerous methodologies including webinars and micro-learning sessions, National EAP provided the skills and tools necessary for us all to strengthen our resiliency. Many were tailored specifically for our organization’s front line staff to help manage grief and loss during COVID -19, and to cope with the loss and suffering of patients and co-workers. We contracted with National EAP initially for our New York employees three years ago and have since added this benefit to our affiliated companies in several states. Even before the life changing events of the COVID-19 pandemic, NEAP has been an invaluable resource for our employees. The variety of programs are comprehensive, whether dealing with employee issues, everyday family and life challenges or tragic events, the NEAP staff has consistently demonstrated professionalism, availability and flexibility. Some of my first words to an employee with an issue are, “Let me get you the contact information of National EAP." – This has been a lifesaver! I can’t imagine not having them on board!
